Weather
In the event of wet weather, lessons may be cancelled. Trademark Tennis will make every effort to notify students in advance. Cancelled lessons due to weather will be rescheduled as make-up lessons.
Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons are offered when sessions are cancelled by Trademark Tennis (e.g., due to weather or coach unavailability). Make-up lessons must be used within the current term and cannot be carried over.
Absence
If a student is absent from a lesson for personal reasons, a make-up lesson will not be provided. Please notify your coach of any planned absences in advance.
Late Arrival
Students who arrive late to a lesson will join the session in progress. The lesson will not be extended to make up for lost time.
Discounts
Discounts may be available for families enrolling multiple children or for booking multiple sessions per week. Contact us for details.
Payment
Payment is required at the start of each term. Trademark Tennis accepts bank transfer and other payment methods as advised at enrolment. Lessons cannot commence until payment is received.
Apparel
Students are required to wear appropriate tennis or sports attire and proper tennis shoes. Non-marking soles are required on court.
Equipment
Students should bring their own racquet and water bottle. If you need help choosing a racquet, our coaches are happy to advise. Spare racquets may be available for trial sessions.
Behaviour
All students are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, other students, and the club facilities. Trademark Tennis reserves the right to exclude any student whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
Cancellation Fee
If you wish to withdraw from a program mid-term, a cancellation fee may apply. Please provide written notice of cancellation. Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis less the cancellation fee.
